Infosys has expanded its collaboration with Young Change Agents to scale the Impact Boss youth entrepreneurship program across Australia and introduce it in New Zealand for the first time.
Young Change Agents is a not-for-profit social enterprise helping young people and educators bring entrepreneurial education programs and pathways into their school.
Over the next year, the two organisations aim to reach 500 students across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on First Nations young people in Australia and Māori, Pasifika and other underserved communities in New Zealand.
The program will also create volunteering opportunities for Infosys staff, including a Living Lab activation where students pitch ideas to Infosys employees acting as panellists and mentors.
The collaboration sits within Infosys' broader ESG Vision 2030, under which the company aims to extend digital skills to 18 million people by 2030, targeting students, teachers and underrepresented communities. The company said it has reached more than 15 million people through digital skilling initiatives over the past five years.
The relationship between the two organisations began in 2022, when Young Change Agents' Climate Action Design Thinking Challenge was made available on Infosys Springboard, the company's free digital learning platform.
Infosys subsequently co-sponsored the Global Credential of Entrepreneurial Education alongside Telstra Foundation in 2023, and more recently backed the Indigenous Entrepreneur of the Year category at the 2025 Teens in Business Awards.
