The company has over 40 distributors worldwide but this is its only one in Australia.
The solutions are Mail SeCure, SeCure SOHO and Surf SeCure. The company also plans to announce some security products this year.
Arie Wolman vice president of sales for PineApp said it chose Impact Systems because it had committed to developing the market for its products and use its channels to promote the sales and marketing on its products in Australia.
It also has strong technical and sales capabilities with good financial backing.
"By having a strong master distributor the country, resellers can have the benefit of a local logistic outfit (carrying stock, spare parts) with strong technical support for their customers," said Wolman.
"Impact will provide the first level of support with PineApp providing online second level, this will give the resellers confidence in selling the products.
"With all three solutions and with the addition of our new archiving and encryption solutions, PineApp will provide a complete security suite to every organisation regardless of its size," he added.
Mail SeCure offers email security protection combining a three-tier policy engine with a threat filtering suite.
This includes an Anti-Virus with Zero-Hour detection engine, Anti-Spam engine and a Fraud Protection system.
SeCure SOHO protects the network of small companies (less than 35 users). It has an email content filtering engine, a Web filtering and protection engine, as well as a Firewall/VPN.
Surf SeCure has a range of appliances which provides companies using Internet, a Virus/Worms/Trojan-horses protection coming from the Web and URL filtering.
