IBM unit challenges big consultancies with Salesforce specialist Bluewolf

IBM global consulting agency Bluewolf has revealed it has reduced the timeframe of the average Salesforce implementation by 50 percent with its recently announced Bluewolf Go.

The new solution promises to take companies live on Salesforce between 30 and 60 days.

Aniqa Tariq, Bluewolf's managing director for Australia and New Zealand, told CRN: "Unlike some of our competitors, where Salesforce is only a small part of their services, Bluewolf’s practice is dedicated solely to technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem. Which means over the past 16 years of being a Salesforce pure-play, we have cultivated the deepest expertise in the market and are at the forefront of innovation on the Salesforce platform."

"The consulting landscape today presents few options for SMBs, resulting in them implementing Salesforce themselves based on limited skills and expertise, or using their limited budgets to partner with smaller, less experienced technology consultancies that may not deliver quickly or to a quality standard."

Bluewolf Go is available globally for a set price and works across the Salesforce Customer Success Platform, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Salesforce CPQ and Pardot.

Eric Berridge, Bluewolf's chief executive, said: "Bluewolf Go helps companies of all sizes achieve fast transformation and results, while prioritising customers as the number one focus of their business."

Bluewolf has been in Australia since 2012, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. Bluewolf's Melbourne office was the first in the world to be integrated with a local IBM iX studio.

Bluewolf has previously worked with Australia Post, where it successfully implemented improvements that saw its website users' clicks reduce from 160 down to 11 as they used the site. The consulting firm has also worked with the Australian Associated Press and Fisher & Paykel.
