Computer Systems Australia has selected cloud ERP FinancialForce to manage its back office services and financial systems.
According to Newcastle-based CSA, the decision to switch to cloud-hosted office apps comes as the business demands a centralised platform for financial management that will scale as the company grows.
FinancialForce applications are built on the Salesforce platform and provide financial management, professional services automation and human capital management.
John Schneider, managing director of HP gold partner CSA, said there was a great need for Australian businesses to improve productivity to remain competitive.
“Our customer's future is our future, so the investments we make across the business, we do not make lightly. We believe FinancialForce will better provide the insights, agility and one-on-one customer views we need to better anticipate the IT needs of our customers,” he said.
FinancialForce applications will replace Epicor’s eBackOffice and other in-house CRM utilities across all CSA departments.
