HiveAI and Fuse Technology partner on AI-powered skills discoverability platform

HiveAI and Fuse Technology are partnering to design and build the AI infrastructure for YouHive, a platform intended to make it easier for employers to find qualified staffers.

Founded by Trent Gomersall - formerly the director of cloud for ANZ at Ingram Micro - along with Sonia Phillips and Kai Gomersall, YouHive, built on AWS, creates a system of record for employability.

At the core of YouHive is the Capability Passport, an AI-powered, verified profile that consolidates education, certifications, project experience, work exposure, and skills evidence into one record.

The partners talked up not only the ability for jobseekers to show capability beyond their resume, but also for universities and training providers to connect learning outcomes to employability, as well as vendors and partners seeing certified talent pipelines in real time.

HiveAI will lead the intelligence layer for structuring and mapping capability data at scale, while Fuse Technology will deliver secure, enterprise-grade cloud architecture for institutional trust, employer adoption, and global deployment.
