Gosford vendor signs first European channel partner

Local mobile app platform vendor Blink Mobile has signed its first European channel partner as part of global expansion for the NSW business.

Blink Mobile, which is headquartered in the Central Coast town of Gosford, has appointed UK-based IT consultancy and services company Spargonet Consulting.

Spargonet, a gold Microsoft partner in application development and business intelligence, will deliver BlinkMobile's solutions to its government and enterprise clients.

The UK channel partner grows Blink Mobile's global channel, which already includes distribution in Brazil.

The vendor, which employs 18 staff, gets around 95 percent of its revenue from Australia, with around eight resellers, including Rype Enterprise in Brisbane, Acresta in Sydney and Melbourne and BroadCoast in Melbourne.

Local clients include Queensland Airports, Rebel Sports and a range of local councils.
