The hardware-based products allow for the searching of information across company intranets, databases, business applications and public websites.
Google has also moved to create a new services-based offering around the products with the appointment of BearingPoint to build a Search Solutions Practice in A/NZ.
ChannelWorx has been appointed as the distributor for the range in the region.
The Google Search Appliance pricing begins at $74,486 and allows for searches within 500,000 documents.
The Google Mini starts at $4965 and allows for searches within 50,000 documents. Additional versions allow searches within 100,000, 200,000 or 300,000 documents.
