Fusion-io has announced the appointment of Yasser Elgammal as Australia & New Zealand regional sales director.
Elgammal, who will be based in Sydney, brings more than 18 years' experience in the IT sector.
He spent that past three years as director of sales and marketing at Presilient.
Elgammal also held sales and marketing leadership positions at VMware and APC by Schneider Electric.
In April, Fusion-io appointed Jason Finlayson's as national partner manager.
