Frontline chosen as Asia-Pacific HubOne partner

Frontline Systems has become the first Asia-Pacific HubOne channel partner.

HubOne is a recruitment system for businesses to give them a "holistic" understanding of their employees' abilities and reduce the need for recruiters, Frontline said.

The Thai Government was considering the software to build a "talent bank" that profiled all its citizens, the company said.

The Enterprise Profile Management 1.0 software released in August was part of Microsoft's "Software plus Services". Frontline said it helped organisations find and manage internal talent for new jobs. It was based on Microsoft Active Directory and deployed rapidly to track workers' skills, experience, qualifications and career aspirations, the company said.

"We see this strategic new partnership with HubOne as another offering in Frontline's business strategy to rapidly grow our services-led Microsoft solutions practice. It will provide our customers with yet another innovative tool to make their business a success", said Mr Michael Chanter, Frontline general manager of professional services.

It was especially useful for a business with far-flung offices to help them discover fresh talent within the organisation, the company said.

Nick Beaugeard, HubOne founder and managing director, said that the software's development came from research that showed a gap for a recruitment solution to allow chief information officers and personnel departments to manage their talent.

"More often than not we were finding that businesses had the talent but not an innovative approach to managing that talent," Beaugeard said.
