Freshworks overhauls partner program with flexible business models

Freshworks has launched a revamped global partner program that is aimed at simplifying collaboration for resellers and service delivery partners.

The NASDAQ-listed company has designed the new program to match the simplicity of its software products, with a focus on delivering faster customer value and revenue generation.

Laura Padilla, senior vice president of channels and alliances at Freshworks, said the program eliminates complexity and speeds up return on investment.

"Our new program makes it easier than ever for partners to do business with Freshworks and grow new revenue streams," Padilla said.

"Partners who choose Freshworks over outdated, outsized solutions will realise a return on investment in days not years."

The overhauled program includes more than 500 transacting partners, including global firms such as Climb, Gorilla Services, SHI International, Unisys, and Xcession.

Key features of the new program structure include flexible sales engagement models that offer options ranging from one-time commissions to ongoing revenue opportunities.

For the first time, the company has also created a dedicated offering for service delivery partners, providing system integrators and solution providers with training, certifications, and direct engagement with Freshworks' sales teams.

Premier resellers will benefit from recurring margins on every sale, full control over billing and renewals, and deeper customer relationships.

The program also promises enhanced regional sales support, marketing development funds, and a refreshed sponsorship model to ensure partner success.

Freshworks said its reseller network will enable global expansion in partner-led markets across Asia and Latin America while deepening penetration in key growth markets in North America and Europe.
