Fastly names area VP for ANZ

Global edge cloud platform Fastly has appointed Bruce Bennie as area VP of sales for ANZ.

Based in Sydney, he will be responsible for overseeing Fastly’s business across the region with a focus on driving growth, deepening customer and partner relationships, fostering innovation and advancing Fastly’s ongoing expansion.

Bennie joins Fastly with more than 30 years of leadership and experience in IT sales and business management across the ANZ IT&T market.

He previously served in several leadership positions at Juniper Networks, including regional VP and GM for ANZ. He also built teams and established new business units for IT vendors at Infoblox and Blue Coat Systems.

Last year, Fastly launched its new partner certification program, designed for technical security professionals at partner organisations, providing them with training and certification to implement and manage Fastly’s security solutions.
