Facebook to bring in-built photo filters to your pics

Apparently all you need these days to be a true photographer is a sullen face, a mirror and an overpoweringly lo-fi effect filter – at least that’s the impression we get from a boom in photo apps such as Instagram and Hipstamatic.

Facebook has never been one to shy away from the bandwagon which is why the social media giant is planning to introduce native photo filters as part of its services.

No word on a release date for now, so excuse us while we sit in front of our mirror and try to perfect our moody face shadows.
