Digital Marketplace Panel 2 invites new sellers

The Digital Marketplace Panel 2 (DMP2) is allowing new sellers to apply and existing sellers to apply for additional categories.

The approach to market includes a new Professional and Consulting Services category for artificial intelligence (AI) engineering, which will support the government in buying advanced AI services.

The DMP2 was first launched by the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) in October of last year, focusing on two key areas: ICT labour hire and professional consulting services.

Applications to join were opened around a month later.

Since then, the DTA has sought feedback on both its whole-of-government, single seller digital sourcing arrangements and the proposed EULAs as it worked to add a new software and cloud module to the DMP2.

It also released the draft Panel Agreement terms for Software and Cloud module at the start of the month.

Sellers are invited to submit applications through BuyICT.gov.au, with applications closing on 28 November 2025.

Approach to market documentation, including guidance on how to get started, is available on AusTender.

The Digital Sourcing Network will host an industry briefing to support applicants interested in joining DMP2, with the briefing being recorded and available through an Addenda on AusTender for those unable to join on the day.
