Sydney-based IT distributor Dicker Data has achieved record sales in its 33-year history for the month of March.
The distributor, which floated on the Australian Stock Exchange this January, this week announced it had sales of $48,961,130 last month, with the profit before tax stated as $1,899,051.
Dicker Data is based in Kurnell in Sydney's south-east, and carries gear from the likes of HP, Canon, Sony, Netgear, Kingston, Toshiba, Samsung, ISUS, NEC, Iomega and Targus.
In a posting to the ASX, chairman and CEO David Dicker told investors: "Whilst the company doesn't expect the conditions which contributed to the achievement of this result to be replicated every month, we do expect a strong performance this financial year."
