Dick Smith stores are now selling post-paid mobile plans on the Vodafone and Telstra network.
Dick Smith's director of mobility, Steve Toth, told CRN the move to offer post-paid mobile plans was based on delivering the best possible customer experience.
"It's all about the experience, we want to deliver a solution that is simple for customers to understand and for our staff to deliver.
"We can now offer customers a simple, one-stop shop for all their mobility needs; whether that’s post-paid, pre-paid, buying outright or 12 months' interest free."

On offer are several top-end smartphones – including Samsung's Galaxy S4 Active and Sony's Xperia Z – on post-paid contracts from Think Mobile. Think Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) who offers customers the choice of using Telstra's 3G 850 MHz network or Vodafone's 3G network.
Dick Smith has recently been boosting its portfolio of mobile voice and data solutions. Last month, the company signed an exclusive deal with Globalgig for no-contract data, and the company has no intention of slowing down.
"We are currently in the late stages of talking to another provider, who we hope to have in store before Christmas".
Strong mobile and data offerings help Dick Smith deliver a four screen experience, by catering to televisions, computers, tablets and smartphones, Toth said.
He also claims the move is a return to Dick Smith's original focus where it used to sell Telstra post-paid plans.
"Dick Smith still holds the record for the highest number of post-paid phones sold in a month on Telstra," a record that has been standing since 2000.
