Diana Drury joins Dijital Team

Diana Drury has joined Dijital Team, a Brisbane-based company who provides offshore managed services, in the role of customer enablement manager.

She will be working directly with partners to provide practical education, insights, and frameworks that aim to help IT business owners run better, more resilient, and more profitable businesses.

Drury was previously an executive coach at Pax8, having also served as partner education specialist and solutions engineer in her three-plus years at the company.

Prior to this, she also held roles at Datto, Glüh and oOh!media.

Peter Ward, MD of Dijital Team, said bringing Drury onboard will help IT businesses unlock real, sustainable profitability.

"This role is focused on helping IT Service Providers move from single-digit to double-digit net profit through structured enablement, education, and proven operational best practices," he said.

Drury said she is passionate about the vast potential of IT Service Providers in Australia.

"What Dijital Team is doing to help build better businesses felt like a natural fit and I am excited about the opportunity to accelerate this," she said.
