The DC Alliance Group of Companies (DCA), specialising in the development of tier-certified co-location data centre facilities across Australia and the Asia Pacific, has signaled its intention to explore the introduction of next-generation thermal management technology within its TIER III data centre facility in Perth.
To carry this out, DCA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with KoolLogix Pte. Ltd, a Singaporeon company who developed KoolLogix System, a data center thermal management solution.
Key focus areas under the MOU include AI and HPC-ready rack upgrades designed to support next-generation GPU and accelerated compute platforms; feasibility assessment and pilot deployments to validate performance, efficiency and reliability in live production environments; and joint market engagement to support AI start-ups, enterprises, research institutions and HPC operators deploying and scaling within Australia.
The collaboration also aligns with DCA’s broader strategy to deliver AI-ready infrastructure as part of the Western Australian Data Hub, aiming to enable high-density AI and HPC deployments of up to ~60kW per rack, while maintaining operational resilience, efficiency and compliance.
DCA, which also has a presence in Singapore, brings together data centre, cloud, network, and telecommunications providers Pier DC, DCA Networks, Nexion Networks and Bluesky Telecom.
Last year, Nexion Group entered into a binding Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Pier DC for the sale of Nexion Networks and Blue Sky Telecom.
