Datasquirt’s CEO, Aaron Ridgeway, said the partnership with the unified communications software service provider was a key development in the company’s business growth strategy of both direct presence and partnerships with other organisations.
“Consillium has a presence in the market and we see great potential partnering with them to provide service providers in the region with the tools to improve efficiency and increase customer accessibility,” claimed Ridgeway.
Under the terms of the partnership agreement, Consillium will provide sales, implementation, support and training services for Datasquirt’s CONTACT software, throughout Asia Pacific, India and the Middle East, said Consillium founder and CEO, Pramod Ratwani. “Datasquirt’s multiple channel software, CONTACT, was a good fit with Consillium’s solutions for contact centres,” he said.
According to Ratwani, Datasquirt’s offering complements existing voice-based solutions by integrating SMS text messages, email, web chat and faxes into contact centre workflows. “This provides new ways for contact centres to provide new customer services or improve existing services,” he said.
“Datasquirt’s CONTACT is available through the software-as-a-service model and that means contact centres can quickly and easily introduce text messaging to increase cost-effectiveness, accelerate service and increase customer response rates,” said Ratwani.
