Datacom has been named Dell’s 2019 global alliances technical excellence partner of the year, during the vendor’s Global Partner Summit in Las Vegas.
The award recognises Datacom for a number of achievements, including creating new solutions with Dell all-flash storage, work with Microsoft Azure stack on Dell’s VxRack, and Dell Boomi deployments.
“Dell Technologies and Datacom have established a solid, long-standing partnership to deliver innovative solutions to customers whilst supporting their digital transformation journeys,” Phil Patton, general manager for Dell’s cloud service providers in Asia-Pacific, said.
“We would like to thank Datacom for consistently demonstrating a high level of technical expertise of Dell Technologies’ offerings, and congratulate them on this well-deserved recognition.”
Datacom’s Australia and New Zealand managing director for public sector Mark Muru said the award recognised the work occurring across the trans-Tasman provider’s cloud and professional services teams.
“We have a long-standing and close relationship with Dell Technologies where the solutions we jointly create and continue to evolve are delivering business value to our customers on a daily basis,” he said.
