Network encryption developer Senetas, signed a distribution agreement with global security service provider Cybertrust.
The deal gives Cybertrust distribution rights to Senetas’ network of encryption products including CTAM CypherCELL ATM Encryptor; CTAM CypherNET ATM Encryptor; CTAM CypherNET SONET/SDH; CTAM CypherNET Frame Encryptor; and CTAM CypherMANAGER developed for banking and financial transactions, government and other commercial enterprises.
Cybertrust would distribute these products to Australia, New Zealand and selected markets in North and South East Asia market.
Cybertrust’s senior vice president and general manager Asia Pacific, Paul O’Rourke said the deal gave it access to niche customers at the higher end of the security market. The Senetas product suite would boost its high speed network encryption portfolio.
Senetas’ chairman, Francis Galbally said that this agreement would pump up sales of its high speed network encryption products.
