Crucial Cloud Hosting hired Danuel Rebecca as its chief financial officer and company secretary on 30 June.
The appointment comes as Crucial Cloud looks to grow and strengthen its position in the industry.
CEO Ijan Kruizinga said that Rebecca's "his experience is a perfect blend between industry knowledge and business-related successes throughout his career".
His past employers include PwC and Qantas Defence Services as well a role as UberGlobal's financial controller.
Rebecca's appointment follows other major hires at Crucial, including David Murray as chief operating officer and Adam Kryzwyda as chief technology officer in early 2014.
Crucial Cloud Hosting is an Australian web hosting and domain company, with more than 11 years' experience, and has won awards including CRN Fast 50, Anthill Smart 50 and BRW Fast 100.
