IT services provider and distributor Crayon has officially launched its updated Partner Connections program in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), following a successful trial last year.
The 2024 CRN Impact Award winning distributor's program aims to facilitate collaboration between partners in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, addressing the growing complexity of the technology landscape.
By connecting partners with sales opportunities to those with technical expertise, Crayon's initiative helps overcome barriers to entry for partners looking to deliver advanced solutions like ERP, CRM, and Microsoft's Power Platform.
The Partner Connections program offers a structured approach to developing sales opportunities through a partner-to-partner model, with plans to expand across the APAC region.
Key features of the program include Crayon's ability to identify the best expert partners for each business's needs and ongoing support through coaching and guidance.
The initiative is offered at no cost, allowing businesses to explore partnerships without financial barriers or commitment hurdles.
Crayon has established a robust legal framework to govern the program, ensuring trust and clear rules of engagement between all parties involved.
"As a former business owner, I understand the challenges companies face when trying to engage in larger, more complex deals," Joel Ramirez, Crayon's senior commercial director for channel APAC said, explaining the motivation behind the program:
"That's why we designed the Partner Connections program to provide access to expert partners with the technical know-how to close those deals," he added.
"This ensures businesses remain competitive without the fear of losing customers," Ramirez said.
"We've built trust through legal procedures that protect partners from losing clients and ensures partnerships are beneficial for all involved," he said.
The revamped initiative builds on the success of the 2023 launch, offering businesses of all sizes a competitive edge through access to larger, more strategic partnerships.
By facilitating these connections, Crayon aims to help enterprises to access expanded market opportunities, allowing them to engage in larger deals and contribute specific expertise to projects.
