Communications platform as a service (CPaaS) compay Sinch has released agentic conversations, a suite of capabilities designed to help customers operationalise AI agents across messaging, voice, and email.
Agentic conversations - which includes Sinch Agent Builder, developer and agent tools such as Sinch Functions and Sinch Skills, as well as a broad set of integrations - is designed to help enterprises build, deploy and manage AI agents across different channels.
Customers are not locked into a single agent model, proprietary data layer, or closed ecosystem, with the ability to choose to build their own solutions, use Sinch’s AI capabilities, bring their own agents, or integrate through Sinch’s ecosystem of partners.
“Unlike standalone AI agent frameworks, Sinch provides the trusted communications layer that agents depend on to operate reliably across channels and markets," said Daniel Morris, chief product officer at Sinch.
“Sinch has long experience in carrier-grade routing, global number provisioning, regulatory compliance, identity verification, branded calling, deliverability optimization and fraud protection. That experience ensures agent-driven communications are secure, scalable, and ready for real-world deployment."
Last year, Sinch named Angus Mansfield as vice president of channels sales for Asia-Pacific.
