Hybrid cloud data protection provider Commvault has entered into an alliance with Deloitte aimed at helping organisations strengthen their cyber resilience posture, and to improve incident response capabilities.
The partnership integrates Commvault's cyber resilience technologies with Deloitte's cyber defence and response expertise to provide comprehensive protection throughout all phases of a potential cyber incident.
It offers a three-phase approach to cyber resilience, addressing organisational needs before, during, and after a cyber attack.
Before an attack, the companies will help organisations define their "minimum viability" – identifying the critical applications, assets, processes, and personnel needed to maintain operations following a security incident.
Commvault's Cleanroom Recovery capabilities enable enterprises to assess their minimum viability state and test recovery plans in advance of an incident.
During an attack, the partnership combines Deloitte's cyber risk services with Commvault's artificial intelligence-enabled anomaly detection to identify and mitigate potential threats before they escalate.
For post-attack scenarios, Deloitte's incident response capabilities work alongside the Commvault Cloud platform, which includes unique resilience offerings like Cloud Rewind, Clumio Backtrack, and Cleanroom Recovery.
