UXC-company Integ Group has reported 144 percent growth in revenue generated in the first half of the 2011 financial year.
Integ did not disclose the first half revenues. It was, however, the 37th fastest growing reseller in the CRN Fast50 2010 with about $76 million in revenue.
The integrator said its contact centre solutions group drove the growth.
High demand technologies included enhancement of intelligent call management products with automated email routing; softphone; workforce optimisation; call recording; and the distribution of workflow.
Better integration and reporting between the contact centre and the rest of the organisation was also an increasing priority, the company said.
"We have committed to adding new skills and resources to assist our customers with their new challenges. Commercially it is paying off, and we believe it will continue to do so,” said Integ Group chief executive Ian Poole.
Paul Goode was appointed the division's practice manager six months ago.
