Melbourne-based Access4 has built a unified communication-as-a-service platform on top of Broadsoft R21 and is looking for channel partners in Australia and New Zealand.
The recently established service provider will offer the UC solution with an integrated web-based portal, SASBOSS, that allows partners to manage services in real time.
Access4 director of sales and marketing Ruy Franco said: "We will help our partners deliver unified communications-as-a-service through our cloud-based model, backed by Broadsoft technology."
The service provider's hosted UC product provides voice, video, handset provision and access to a carrier agnostic national MPLS network, enabling partners to provide a complete solution to customers.
Manny Christophidis, Broadsoft's regional account director ANZ, said: "We are delighted to be working closely with Access4 as they enter the Australian marketplace. We believe they have a very talented team and a unique business model that can drive the uptake of hosted unified communications with small and independent systems integrators and their end user customers.
"Access4 has a strong core of engineering skills and have many years of experience working with the Broadsoft platform. There is a lot of strength in the small and medium business market in Australia," said Christophidis.
Access4 currently has five Australian partners and two in New Zealand that have already deployed the solution and helped to provide extensive testing.
"There are a lot of partner programs in the market but we offer support and we are investing in demand generation for our partners. We want them to be successful and show what UC can do for businesses," said Franco.
