Bitdefender launches one-stop marketing shop for partners

Cyber security vendor Bitdefender has launched a new portal that it wants to be a one-stop shop for partner’s marketing needs.

The partner marketing portal allows partners to manage their entire marketing pipeline, in turn supporting lead generation.

Features include content syndication campaigns, social media automation and co-branding opportunities.

There’s also a new feature called 360 Prospect Insight can generate a profile on prospective customers by tracking the performance of individual leads across landing pages, social media, partner websites and more. It also analyses prospect behaviour by showing which sales emails were opened, the links they clicked and whitepapers they downloaded.

Bitdefender said the new portal will be used to create “marketing-in-a-box” campaigns for its products and solutions to be shared with partners. Partners can then use these dedicated campaigns called “projects-in-a-box” which come with marketing assets to generate new leads.

The portal is available from all of Bitdefender’s distributors, which is Nextgen in Australia, and is aimed at all types of partners.

“Bitdefender’s award-winning cybersecurity technology has been advancing in leaps and bounds, and we are making sure our partner program advances right along with it,” said Bitdefender’s worldwide partner program senior manager Raluca Avram.

“With the new partner marketing portal, partners can use a wide-range of Bitdefender marketing content and templates, reaching their customer and prospect bases and converting marketing efforts into new sales opportunities. Partners will enjoy top-notch marketing tools as they sell world-leading security technology, helping them execute campaigns in a very scalable manner. This requires very little time invested on their part for maximum results.”

Bitdefender established an Australian presence in September 2018 when it acquired its exclusive local partner SMS eTech. The vendor followed up in March 2019 by launching its partner program Down Under, then signed Nextgen as its Aussie distributor six months later.
