Local reseller ASI Solutions has sold its first Coordimax package to SA-based industrial and mechanical services provider, Contract Resources.
Under the terms of the agreement the reseller will manage the installation and setup of the Coordimax CRM system.
Australian software developer Coordimax designed the integrated suite of software applications and used automate business processes to capture data and process it for effective management decision making.
The developer recently became the first Australian developed and supported software application suite to be made available through Ingram Micro.
Illia Sotiropoulos, South Australian state manager at ASI Solutions said the reseller worked with Ingram Micro to complete the sale and went on to manage the installation and set-up of the new system.
“Despite the number of CRM solutions on the market, Coordimax is unique because it offers greater functionality, is easy to install and manage, and is competitively priced,” he said.
According to Martin O’Connor, managing director at Coordimax without a centralised CRM system, Contract Resources was facing number issues that were ultimately affecting its sales performance.
“The business lacked critical visibility across its existing client base, with staff using various systems for managing emails, spreadsheets and diaries. Communication between staff and current and potential customers wasn’t being effectively tracked, so the sales team couldn’t make the most of new sales opportunities,” he said.
“In addition, management needed to have instant, real time access to the sales pipeline for business forecasting and decision making purposes.”
