Adelaide-based independent software vendor (ISV) Adelaide Interim has rebranded as Adept following a bumper year in which revenue topped $2 million for the first time.

The company, which has more than 30 staff, provides a host of services, including engineering, software and project management, as well as outsourced software development.

The Adept team's skillsets include .NET, WinForms, C++, wi-fi, SQL Server, Linux and UNIX, and iOS and Android.

Chief executive Nigel Hall said: "We have enjoyed 10 years of consistent growth and it was time for a change that better reflects what we do now.

"One of our strengths has always been our flexibility, and every interaction with our clients is different. We needed to maintain our flexibility yet provide clarity around our core capabilities, for us and our clients."
