Access4 has announced the launch of its new Access4 Partner Experience (APEX) Program, marking the most significant evolution of its partner commercial framework in more than five years.

As Access4 has grown as a communications and customer experience platform provider across ANZ and now the UK, the company has also evolved how it supports partner growth. The APEX Partner Program reflects this progression, introducing a refreshed commercial construct aligned to modern partner business models and the expanding scope of Access4’s product portfolio.

Access4’s expanded product suite enables partners to generate recurring revenue beyond traditional voice services. Unified Communications (UC), Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) solutions introduce new revenue streams that are more deeply embedded within customer operations, aiming to create stronger customer retention and higher lifetime value.

The APEX Partner Program formalises this shift by modernising commercial structures and reducing perceived barriers to entry. Committed spend requirements have been removed, growth incentives now include performance multipliers, and existing partner business is re-rated as partners progress through program tiers, meaning partners are rewarded for both growth and maturity.

In parallel, Access4 has also streamlined partner onboarding and expanded enablement to reflect the maturity of its platform and product portfolio. Partners will have access to enhanced training pathways and go-to-market tools designed to support faster deployment, stronger customer outcomes and more scalable growth.

“While we are still seeing significant growth of our voice product portfolio end users requirements have shifted to have more integrations into multiple business systems," said Matt Milne, CRO of Access4.

The APEX Partner Program will be rolled out to existing and new partners over the coming months, with structured onboarding and enablement to support adoption.
