National solutions provider ASG Group has signed new contracts worth more than $15 million with construction materials company Boral and State Super Financial Services.

"ASG's foresight in adopting a new world strategy is now coming to fruition," said ASG chief executive Geoff Lewis. "We now have the technology, expertise and references that organisations are looking for to lead them on their journey."

ASG has put State Super Financial Services onto the cloud, a model that the technology services provider calls the "new world" model. The cloud vendor in this case was not disclosed, but ASG has used AWS in the past.

"The initial 3+2 year deal will see ASG delivering a flexible, scalable and cost-effective solution as State Super Financial Services implements a structure that is more agile and flexible through the adoption of ASG’s new world utility based pricing models," announced the Perth-headquartered technology provider.

State Super Financial Services provides financial advice to current and former state public sector staff. The majority of the planners are located in NSW, with a smaller presence in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

Lewis cited the client as a prime example of its recent traction on the east coast: "We are [leveraging] our extensive government experience to gain a foothold in NSW."

For Boral, ASG reformed its company-wide financial reporting system. The "latest generation" financial analytics solution was implemented on an Oracle platform. Earlier this year, ASG won both the global and Asia-Pacific Oracle partner of the year awards for business analytics.

The ASX-listed ASG has racked up a series of high-profile customers in recent months, including a $15 million deal with power company Synergy, an $18 million contract with the federal Department of Communications and Amazon-VMware "bridging" work for NSW Trade.
