Ray Ozzie
Microsoft had big hopes for Ozzie. After all, he invented Lotus Notes, an application still torturing us years after its use-by-date. Ozzie was Microsoft chief technical officer and chief software architect, but departed in 2010 warning, ominously, of the post-PC era.
