- one partner said a vendors’ 24x7 SOC operations had doubled the price of his business’s cyber offering, but said the scalability was worth it
- while some partners consider outsourcing 24x7 detection and response, one partner spoke about how his business had been taking its cyber response beyond those commercial services through acquisition of forensic cyber expertise
- a significant cybersecurity partner was preparing to take an SMB1001 aligned offering to market
- to reduce risk, partners were encouraged to do due diligence on how AI was being embedded into their technology stacks
