Solterbeck would increase RSA’s focus on growing the business in the enterprise and mid markets as well as the team which the company said had hired 13 people this year.

His most recent role as director of Security Services of Telstra’s Enterprise and Government Division. Solterbeck will report in to Vincent Goh, Vice President APAC, RSA, and David Webster, President EMC ANZ and South East Asia.

Iles has spent the last five years as Australia and New Zealand CEO of leisure industry solutions provider, Centaman Systems. Prior to Centaman he was general manager of business markets at Vodafone Australia for three years and held multiple senior management roles at Microsoft Australia during a seven-year tenure.

Bellarts has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, including 11 years in national channel development. He was previously ANZ country manager at Barracuda Networks.

Nick Pappas (pictured) was appointed senior channel manager and Jay Bhattacharya was appointed channel manager.

Australia and New Zealand general manager of Siemens Enterprise Communications Edgar Giesel, the appointments reflect the business’ commitment to make its mark in the Australian communications market.

With "many years" of experience behind them the pair are tasked with driving services, through the Zscaler channel, into small, medium and large enterprises and government in NSW and the ACT.

Based in Sydney, he's responsible for managing customer engagements from post sales through support transition. Zahlan also provides business analysis and project consulting for customer deployments. Most recently, Zahlan worked for three years at Pioneer Information Technology based in Saudi Arabia as Senior Systems Engineer and IT Leader.
