Samsung today took to the Radio City Music Hall in New York City to unleash its new flagship smartphone and successor to its popular Galaxy S III.
JK Shin, head of IT and mobile communication division for Samsung, shows off the Galaxy S IV.
Samsung offered a Broadway-style launch for the handset, with accompanying full orchestra.
The phone can take photos.
Specification-wise, the smartphone offers a 13MP camera, 5in display, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 4G compatibility, running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It will be available in both black and white through Australia's major telcos later this year.
The phone's main selling point for enterprise users is its Knox feature, a partitioning mobile device management system that separates work and play. The feature isolates data and applications from the personal and work profiles of the user into separate containers to secure the corporate network.
