What printing products and services do you specialise in?

We offer printing solutions, incorporating machines and consumables, an all-in-one inclusive program for some customers, and we also offer consumables separately for customers who don’t want to go with cost-per-page.

When did your company first get involved in this area?

We got involved in this area in 2008.

What are your credentials?

We use the OEMs to install the equipment: we don’t need certifications. We provide consumables monitoring and billing services.

Who are your main distributors for printing technology?

We buy from all the major suppliers, including Synnex, Dynamic Supplies and Alloys.

Heard about any cool developments in print lately?

Obviously 3D printing – we’ve heard about that but haven’t ventured into that as yet. We believe that is a pretty cool thing at the moment.

Tell us about a recent printing deployment

We’re deploying printers all the time – every day, near enough.

What is driving customers’ printing projects?

Everyone is printing less. The reason is a lot of people now are duplexing – doing double-sided print. Of course, toner usage has increased, but paper usage has dropped off. Also, people want colour now, so now we sell mono printers that are colour-capable.

Here to stay. A lot of people are going to say printing is by the by, but in another 20 years we’ll still be saying printing is still here and paper is still here, because people still want to see print on paper.
