What do you like about your job?
I have total authority and control to makes changes and therefore mould a best of breed team.

What do you dislike about your job?
Sydney traffic, as I love meeting customers but it takes so much time out of your day.

What’s your dream job?
Chef. Imagine being a lover of great food and at the same time being a great cook.

Your strangest job?
Cleaner at McDonald’s. Those gherkins really stick well.

Your biggest mistake?
Not taking up an offer to temporarily relocate to London. I was holding back for Paris.

Describe yourself in one word? Dedicated.

Favourite pastime?
Driving and gardening.

Favourite food?
Thai and, naturally, Italian.

What are you listening to?
Anything classical. Music calms the savage beast.

What are you reading?
The Janson Directive by Robert Ludlum. I believe I was a secret agent in a past life.
