Dicker Data recorded $263 million in the first quarter of the 2015 financial year, with the company still on track to achieve $1 billion for the year.

Operating profit was 48 percent ahead of management’s projections, while net profit after integration costs was up by six percent. However, the company has not revealed the full results in dollar terms.

On average, the revenues for the first six months of the combined company including Express Data are $100 million per month.

CEO David Dicker said that “traditionally the second half of our [financial year] is stronger” adding that costs resulting from the integration of Express Data continue to “drop off”.

He added that the integration with Express Data is “basically complete”.

In the last financial year, Dicker Data recorded $662.76 million in sales and $5.2 million in profit after tax.

Last month the company revealed that commercial director Chris Price had resigned.
