Intel has appointed former marketing and channel manager Kate Burleigh to general manager of Australia and New Zealand.
Former GM Philip Cronin has moved to a wider Asia Pacific role as director of regional sales and business development.
Burleigh joined Intel during the completion of a business and marketing degree at Sydney’s UTS in 1998. Starting as a public relations manager, Burleigh later launched Intel’s Centrino product line in Asia Pacific, and spent the last six years as marketing manager for A/NZ.
Burleigh also managed Intel’s reseller relationships in A/NZ over the past two years.
Cronin’s Intel career spans 16 years, including eight years as general manager. Both appointments are effective immediately.
