ASX-listed Synergy Plus has flagged its intention to acquire mobility systems integrator AirData.
Synergy Plus has entered into a heads of agreement with Airway Group to acquire AirData and it wholly owned subsidiary AirData Australia.
In a statement to the ASX, Synergy Plus chief executive Garry Henley said the acquisition is "conditional on the parties finalising a formal business agreement" and "the satisfaction of certain conditions including due diligence".
"The acquisition of AirData will add unique skills and increased capability in the key area of enterprise mobility allowing the company to provide a broader range of solutions and services to both Synergy Plus and AirData customers," he said.
AirData partners include Motorola, Zebra, Wavelink and Aeroscout.
The deal currently hinges on undisclosed conditions that need to be satisfied before a settlement amount is determined. Payment will be made in cash, and details will be provided on the final agreement.
Synergy Plus completed a $3.9 million acquisition of systems integrator Leading Solutions in February.
