Telstra drops NextG court case
Telstra has decided to drop its appeal against the Federal Court's December 2007 ruling that it engaged in false, misleading or deceptive conduct in relation to the coverage available on its Next G mobile network.

ACCC takes Telstra to court over "misleading" Next G ads
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has announced its intention to start Federal Court proceedings against Telstra over a spate of Next G advertisements it has deemed “misleading”.
