Nokia, the world's top cell phone maker, asked authorities to halt imports of some Qualcomm chips into the United States and the phones that use them, saying they infringe five Nokia patents.

SCO-Novell dispute to halt Linux lawsuit, expert claims
A legal expert affiliated with the Open Source Development Labs has claimed the SCO Group cannot file a lawsuit against a Linux customer until its copyright dispute with Novell was ironed out.
