After the recent launch of Workshare’s global partner program, the security and risk assessment vendor has confirmed it is in discussion with potential Australian partners.
The Workshare Ready Partner Program kicked off this week with the participation of vendors including Microsoft, IBM, GigaTrust, PGP, PostX, RPost, Secured Email, Secure Computing, Utimaco, and Voltage.
Andrew Pearson, vice-president of Asia Pacific at Workshare, told CRN Online by winter the vendor wants to have a solid group of Australia-based partners.
“We have been in discussions with possible Australian partners. They will be niche organisations. At first we are looking for the first two or three and will expand in Australia from there,” he said.
Joe Fantuzzi, chief executive officer of Workshare, added: “Workshare’s framework gives third-party ISVs, large and small, a means to build and market their solutions on our policy-enforced interaction platform, now used by 6,000 organisations worldwide.”
