Westcon has announced its first cloud service distribution agreement, signing with CA Technologies to deliver the vendor’s network performance management products virtually.
The five products will be delivered as a service through joint Radix and Infraserve initiative Radixcloud Australia, which will host users’ data in its Australian data centre.
CA is offering its CA application delivery analysis, CA network flow analysis, CA performance management, and CA unified communications monitor products as a new cloud solution. The company said it may look at further bundled offerings in the future.
The solution is aimed at the mid-market and enterprises. The products involved offer data collection, monitoring, analytics and reporting.
“This is the first time Westcon is distributing an IT service from the cloud. We see this as the future for us and are excited to be doing this with CA Technologies and radixcloud,” Westcon Australia managing director David Henderson said in a statement.
