Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) HAS launched a tender for multiple suppliers to provide audio-visual support and maintenance services across its metropolitan and regional sites state-wide.
The agency seeks to establish supply agreements for an initial one-year period with two optional one-year extensions, ensuring comprehensive AV coverage at all TfNSW locations.
TfNSW aims to replace the current ad-hoc supplier engagement model with formal agreements that guarantee rapid response times for technical support across meeting rooms, open spaces, video walls and collaboration areas.
Supply agreements with suitable suppliers will ensure complete coverage is available at all TfNSW sites in metropolitan and regional areas to provide AV support and maintenance services at short notice.
Selected suppliers will be required to provide technical support for AV equipment issues, repair or replace faulty components, and maintain software compatibility with the latest hardware and technologies.
Multiple suppliers will be appointed to ensure adequate coverage and response capability across the state's transport infrastructure.
Closing date for the tender is June 16, with August 15 set as the decision date.
