Sydney managed service provider CMS IT has locked in four new customers.
Their four most recent client wins are Enterprise IT Resources, Eagles Family Day Care, Coeliac NSW&ACT and Energy Retailers Association Australia.
Chief executive Angelo Millena said: "They're all small customers. Two are not-for-profit but they they're still profitable customers on managed services. We're providing cloud, email, infrastructure support and helpdesk support.
"They're basically people that found us through the website, SEO, reading about us and referrals. They see that we are a small provider – some of these customers enjoy working with a smaller provider that gives them a more personalised service."
All of the new clients are using Office 365 with email Exchange hosting and Microsoft Office. However, Eagle's Family Day Care is also using the Harmony cloud hosted application, which is widely used across the childcare industry.
"We're the only cloud provider of the Harmony childcare database. This is done through a seamless thin client application," said Millena
CMS IT is delivering this to about 50 different childcare centres across the country. Although the application is about 20 years old, it "does the job" according to Millena.
