Sophos has launched MSP Elevate, a new business-accelerating programme designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) expand their cybersecurity offerings with high-value, differentiated services.
Managing multiple cybersecurity platforms remains a significant overhead for MSPs, with providers estimating that consolidating on a single platform could reduce their day-to-day management time by 48 per cent.
To address this, MSP Elevate includes Network-in-a-Box hardware bundles that enable MSPs to manage the full network stack through the unified Sophos Central platform.
The programme offers several benefits, including exclusive access to the Sophos MDR Bundle for MSP with 24/7 incident response capabilities, simplified sales processes, discounted hardware bundles, growth-based rebates, architect-level training courses, and invite-only access to Sophos Summits.
"MSP Elevate is the first of many business-driving MSP programmes following the powerhouse union of Sophos and Secureworks," Chris Bell, senior vice president of global channel, alliances and corporate development at Sophos, said.
"As a channel-first organisation that defends more than 250,000 customers of MSPs, we are constantly looking for opportunities to reward our partners," Bell added
"MSP Elevate enables MSPs to quickly deploy a comprehensive MDR service that eliminates blind spots by leveraging all available telemetry from across the customers' environment," Raja Patel, chief product officer at Sophos, said.
MSP Elevate is a non-exclusive commitment requiring partners to sell Sophos' cybersecurity solutions available on the Sophos Central platform, with a minimum monthly spend for a 12-month period.
Sophos said its MDR currently defends more than 18,000 MSP-managed customer environments against advanced threats, including ransomware attacks.
