Service NSW is seeking to engage a supplier to provide an advanced Digital Asset discovery, visibility and security solution.
The successful supplier will be required to deliver an automated platform capable of identifying, analysing, prioritising, and monitoring the Service NSW internal digital assets, including but not limited to internet-exposed infrastructure, applications, services, endpoints and internal infrastructure.
The supplier will provide implementation services, platform integration, initial configuration and tuning, ongoing support, and optional training to enable Service NSW to operate and maintain asset discovery and management capabilities efficiently.
The solution must include embedded analytics to classify assets, detect anomalies, and surface critical risks, as well as multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises asset visibility across the Service NSW Digital assets.
All components of the solution must comply with NSW Cyber Security Policy and/or other established security frameworks such as ISM, Essential 8, and/or ISO 27001.
Support for integration with platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk and AWS Security Hub will be beneficial, and the tool should have the capability of integrations and automation for the sharing or export of data from the solution to other systems.
Role-based access controls, audit logging, and secure user authentication (MFA, SSO) are also required and the system should provide near real-time updates and allow for high-frequency scans without impacting asset availability.
