The Solutions Implementation Partner Program covers print integration, optional workflow applications and design of customized, end-to-end, integrated solutions.
Once all three levels have been completed, partners become SP3 certified. The training is free for all IT Elite partners.
“Customers don’t just want a product, they want a solution for their business," said Anthony Toope, national marketing manager, IT Division, Samsung Australia.
"Following feedback from our channel partners, we understand that customers are not just talking to them about products they also want to know about cost control, mobile printing, security, form printing and document handling.
“To support this we recognise that we need to invest in a program that enables resellers to offer this complete solution," he added.
The company unveiled its Authorised Reseller program, Samsung IT Elite, in March this year and now has more than 140 resellers on its books.
New initiatives added to the IT Elite channel program include special pricing, promotions and offers to secure new business wins.
Support through a Business Development Manager includes access to a business B2B service hotline for technical support, advertising and marketing materials and promotions like free demo units and customer days in the Samsung showroom.
