Listed digital solutions developer RXP Services has been awarded a contract to provide Salesforce development services to Service New South Wales.
The $1.2 million contract is part of a larger project involving a fixed panel of suppliers to “develop support roles” for digital projects. Service NSW did not provide further details on the services RXP will provide.
“Service NSW is proud to use these services to make it easier and quicker for the citizens of NSW to connect with the government,” a Service NSW spokesperson told CRN.
The contract started in mid-2018 but was only recently revealed in State procurement reporting. The contract concludes in June 2020.
Service NSW uses Salesforce extensively to power its growing range of online citizen services, including the firearms licencing and lifecycle management system (FLIMS).
